Post image for A Pinterest Christmas

You’ve already seen my post about how to blog and how Pinterest is my new best friend…well, we really have a love/hate relationship (mostly LOVE though).  I could spend all day pinning, and I know I will never ever do a lot of the projects I pin.  Because I’m busy, and instead of crafting, I would rather design.  However, the Christmas projects this year have pretty much blown me away.  Here are my favorite projects that I probably won’t do (except the cookies…Red Velvet is my fav…and sidenote Pinterest is also a diet ruin-er): See my favorite Pinterest Crafts…

I wanted to make things easy for my clients and looked into WordPress. After A LOT of research, I realized how powerful WordPress was and how easy it was to pick up.   I found out that WordPress could be managed by anyone and a WordPress site could do pretty much anything…which brings me to my next point.

Post image for How to Set Up a Practical Work Environment

Not everyone can have a Martha Stewart craft room.  I’m pretty sure everyone wants one, but it will look like that for about .1 second before either you or your kids trash it.  So, it’s important to keep a work station that is a place you feel happy to work in, but is practical at the same time.  For instance, I had to move my office from an actual office to the living room so I could watch my toddler.  Ideal?  Maybe not for everyone, but it is for me.  I can still spend time with her and pay attention to her (and now my son) while I work.  Here are some more Practical tips (with some impractical, perfect work station pictures…what?  They’re still pretty): Get more tips…
