Policies

50% deposit due before work begins. Each project is different, so REQUEST A QUOTE.
50% due before final files are sent or site is uploaded
I accept payment through Paypal to ensure a speedy and safe transaction.*
Due to the nature of my business, I do not offer refunds.
I do, however, work with you until you are completely satisfied with your designs.

*You can pay with a debit, credit card or e-check (e-checks take about a week to go through).


Every project is different, but here are my average turn-around time:

One week for initial concepts.  I will take this time to research and come up with sketches and ideas for your review.
2 to 3 days from feedback for revisions. Some revisions could take longer, depending on the depth of the revision.

To ensure each client receives a speedy turn-around time:

I must receive the questionnaire within one week of payment, or you will lose your time slot.
I must receive revision feedback within one week of last revision, or you will lost your time slot.
If I do not hear from you in one month, you will lose your deposit and I will no longer work on your project.*

*Please note that I am understanding and I will work with your time schedule.  If you feel you need to take a break on a project, just contact me!

You own the rights to your logo design.
Each logo is unique and custom designed for each client.
I never re-use images or use stock vectors.
I reserve the right to display my designs in my portfolio.
